Chile Pequin rank 40,000 to 60,000 on the Scoville scale or 9-10 on the heat scale.
Use this salt as a seasoning sprinkled on any food, such as: eggs, roasted vegetables, meats, popcorn, home fries, sauces, vinegars and oils, a dash of this salt dropped into a pot of soup will give it a nice warmth.
